Shared Sales Representative

Countermeasures is a dynamic sales organization headquartered in Franklin, TN that partners with breweries, distilleries, and beverage suppliers to deliver long-term success strategies. Our services include Shared Sales Representatives, Key Account Management, Expansion, and Retail Marketing services. We are on the hunt for our next Sales Representative!Position Overview:  We are looking for a qualified candidate to sell in the Los Angeles, CA market for our beverage supplier partners. This position will represent 4 supplier partners. Candidates must be able to handle a fast-paced selling environment. Candidates must have a background in beverage sales or the hospitality industry, with a strong market knowledge of regional accounts and wholesaler management.    Key Responsibilities: Selling products into retail accounts Sampling/tasting events Wholesaler interaction and management Use of Encompass to track sales achievements and account level detail in real timeVisiting 10 - 15 accounts per day Submitting Supplier Recaps every Monday morning  Qualifications:  Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in B2B sales and lead generation Ability to create and deliver effective sales proposals Experience with CRM software, Encompass Preferred. Experience with reportingExcellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Ability to work on-siteExpert knowledge of the greater Los Angeles/Orange County market 3-5 years of Beverage Sales Experience, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field + 1-3 Years Experience Experienced with On & Off-Premise Beverage sales.
