We offer a very impressive pay scale with a fee split of up to 70% (based on experience and caseload size), which translates to up to $175 per hour! We also offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus (paid after one year of employment), accrued leave, health insurance stipends, and referral bonuses! We pay for ZocDoc and other marketing fees and provide referrals to help therapists rapidly build and maintain their desired caseloads. We also pay for extensive credentialing with roughly 15 insurance providers (including Medicaid) to maximize referral potential. Clinicians are expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week. Clinicians are required to provide proof of LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois as well as malpractice coverage, although they will also be covered under the organization’s malpractice insurance. Clinicians can set their own schedule and hours and work from the comfort of their own home or utilize one of three of our Buena Park office locations for in-person clients. ***We are currently only hiring therapists with existing caseloads (a minimum of ten established weekly clients). We will help clinicians build their caseloads up to as many as 30 clients per week from there.*** At Mindful Therapy & Wellness we believe in a holistic approach to counseling and therapy and provide full-spectrum and client-specific treatment. While we see a diverse range of clients of all genders and sexual orientations, we also specialize in providing LGBTQIA+ affirmative care. As the owner, CEO, and clinical director of MTW, I provide clinical support and take care of billing and the cost of our therapy software so all you need to do is see your clients and maintain case notes.
