Project Superintendent

Structure Tech Corporation Is seeking a qualified candidate for a Project Manager position. Must have at least 4 years Construction Management experience in interior build outs and Tenant Improvement work. Healthcare related experience would be a plus. You must want to grow with a fast paced upwardly mobile company performing several projects at once. The position will include the following:Offer support and guidance to multiple field crews for all projects with the goal of achieving quality and operational excellence. Responsible for all project related managerial activities and responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of the team. Must be detailed, thorough and organized. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and meet critical deadlines. Must be able to work weekends if the project requires it. Ability to lead others through challenges, obstacles, deadlines and changes with a positive result. Have an advanced understanding of blue prints, shop drawings, and specs and the ability to layout and build job accurately. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks without affecting quality of outcomes. Strong computer software skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Maintain leadership for a productive team environment. Strong ability to delegate and drive results through accountability. Take pride and ownership in the quality of workmanship and be sure every project is completed in a timely manner. - Continually want to learn about new procedures/products to help the company run more efficiently. -Promotes a safe working environment and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. -Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Train, discipline, and provide positive reinforcement to employees. Plan and manage day to day construction operations. Schedule equipment and labor to all projects - monitor cost control, quality, productivity, and safety on all projects. -Responsible for strategic vision, functional, resource allocation and execution to ensure all jobs get done ahead of schedule and on or under budget. Work with Superintendents on scheduling of personnel and assets. Take a universal view of the company, assess needs, and fix problems that arise.
