This role owns the full sales cycle and works closely with founders, product, and GTM leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and sales execution.This is a high-impact role for someone who wants meaningful ownership, fast growth, and the opportunity to help build a category-defining company from an early stage. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales.What You'll DoOwn the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, pilots, negotiation, and closeBuild and manage a healthy pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and or enterprise accountsExecute outbound prospecting sequences to generate new opportunitiesLead discovery conversations to deeply understand customer pain points and align Baselayer's solutionsRun high-quality product demos and manage customer trials or pilotsPartner closely with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback and influence roadmap decisionsCollaborate with GTM leadership to refine positioning, messaging, and sales motionsRepresent Baselayer with professionalism, credibility, and thought leadership in the marketAbout YouYou are hungry, competitive, and motivated to win.
