Older Infant/Toddler Caregiver

Harmony Learning Academy is a faith based registered ministry seeking caring individuals to join our team. This individual will help little ones meet developmental milestones, while loving and caring for their physical needs. Responsibilities: Create a fun and safe environment Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate rest, and playtime Establish and maintain positive relationships with infants and parents Communicate with parents on infants day, growth and development progress Maintain the health and safety of all students Change Diapers Follow individual feeding schedules Qualifications: Previous experience in childcare or other related fields helpful Passionate about working with older infants/Toddlers Ability to build rapport with babies Positive and patient demeanor Good written and verbal communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: CPR Certification (Required) Child Development Associate Certification (Required) Ability to Relocate: Avon, IN 46123: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
