Studio Designer

Company DescriptionBOWEN HALE is a newly launched interior design firm bringing together Molly Bowen and Bex Hale—two experienced designers with a strong point of view and a shared standard for the work. This isn’t a traditional studio. Alongside the design firm, we are building a Build Center—an environment where design, selections, and execution live under one roof. Materials, fixtures, and decisions aren’t scattered across showrooms and emails—they’re brought into a more cohesive, hands-on, and design-driven process. The result is better work. More control. Less friction. And a more immersive way to design. We work in a setting that reflects that—collaborative, fast-moving, and built for people who care about design and how it actually comes together. We are not a checklist-driven studio. Every role on our team requires initiative, ownership, and the ability to think independently. This is not an environment for someone who needs to be told what to do. We are looking for designers who take initiative, solve problems, and move work forward.Role DescriptionSupports high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial design projects from concept through completion, serving as the secondary point of contact for clients while shaping overall design direction.
