We deliver cloud, AI, data engineering, and enterprise platforms to mid-market and enterprise clients. Role Summary:We’re entering our next growth phase and seeking an experienced Sales Director/Manager with strong expertise in IT Services Sales, proven experience in the Logistics & Transport domain, and demonstrated capability in selling AI‑driven solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales outreach skills, deep domain understanding, and the ability to drive both new business and account expansion. Prior experience working in or with Logistics/Transport companies is a strong advantage. Role Overview:Partner with the CEO to:·      Build predictable pipeline·      Win mid-market & enterprise deals·      Establish repeatable sales processes·      Hire & develop sales talent·      Elevate market positioning Internal Collaboration:·      Lead proposal development and RFP/RFI responses with strong domain and AI insights.·      Collaborate with architects, delivery teams, and practice leaders to craft compelling solutions.·      Contribute to reusable assets, frameworks, case studies, and sales accelerators. Must have skills & Experience:·      At least 10-15 years of experience in IT Services Sales or Account Management.·      Strong expertise and exposure to the Transport & Logistics domain.·      Experience selling IT Services (Transport & Logistics) solutions within enterprise environments.·      Previous experience working in or with Logistics/Transport companies is a strong plus.·      Proven ability to manage and grow large strategic accounts and multi‑million‑dollar portfolios.·      Deep understanding of workflows, industry trends, and digital transformation technologies.·      Ability to identify client business problems and translate them into scalable, reusable solutions.·      Experience successfully cross‑selling solutions across multiple accounts or business groups.·      Demonstrated ability to contribute to organizational goals such as portfolio growth, pipeline development, account health, and value creation—aligned with typical KPIs for sales and account leadership roles.·      Strong executive presence, communication skills, and stakeholder management capability.·      Ability to collaborate effectively across global delivery teams and cross‑functional groups.
