POSITION SUMMARY- Sales Consultant Anchorage, Alaska As a Reprieve Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, creating qualified opportunities, and supporting revenue growth in Alaska This is a new business development, field-based sales role that requires consistent prospecting, customer engagement, customer visits, and strong follow-through. The right candidate will be proactive, organized, coachable, and comfortable working independently while staying aligned with sales leadership, operations, and internal support teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cold calling, building relationships, asking good questions, learning and developing new business in the medical device field within the Native Alaskan healthcare systems Target Market This position will focus primarily on the Native Alaskan Healthcare Systems within Anchorage Alaska. The selected candidate should be based in Alaska and comfortable traveling regularly for cold calls and customer meetings. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market. * Prospect new customers through calls, emails, texts, LinkedIn, in-person visits, and regular cold calling. * Build relationships with clinical key decision makers within the Native Healthcare systems. * Schedule and attend customer meetings and local events. * Support the sales process from lead generation through customer follow-up and sales closing. * Prepare and present proposals to clinical stake holders. * Serve as a customer-facing point of contact throughout the sales and lifecycle. * Keep CRM records accurate and current, including contacts, activity, notes, opportunities, and sales status. * Work closely with sales leadership, operations and other internal teams to support customer needs and sales execution. * Provide customer feedback and post-sales insights to help improve future opportunities. * Manage pipeline activity and provide regular updates to Sales Management. * Travel regularly throughout the territory; overnight travel may be required based on customer and sales needs. EXPERIENCE * 1+ years of healthcare B2B sales, outside sales, business development, and field-based customer development experience. * Strong interest in medical device sales and Native Alaskan communities. * Proven ability to prospect, make cold calls, schedule meetings, and develop new customer relationships. * Comfortable with regular customer visits, and in-person relationship building. * Ability to manage sales activity with direction, coaching, and defined expectations. * Strong follow-up skills and willingness to maintain consistent customer touchpoints. * Comfortable using a CRM to document activity, update contacts, track opportunities, and manage pipeline progress. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Professional presence with the ability to represent the company well in front of customers and internal teams. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly. * Must be based in or near the Anchorage, Alaska. * Compensation alignment with a base salary plus commission structure.
