Job Title Responsibilities Food Preparation: Prepare and cook KFC's menu items, including the world-famous chicken, following standardized recipes and quality standards. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. Team Support: Collaborate with team members to manage products needed to fulfill guest orders, contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen atmosphere. Temperature & Quality Control: Ensure all food items meet proper temperature and quality standards. Food Prep Efficiency: Maintain efficient workflow and minimize food waste through portion control. Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and report equipment malfunctions to ensure seamless kitchen operations through KFC standards. Qualifications Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
