US Citizen or Green Card holder✅ What We’re Looking For7+ years of manufacturing engineering and process improvement experienceBackground in high-volume manufacturing environments (required)Strong understanding of: Cycle times, scrap rates, and cost driversExperience with:Progressive stamping (highly preferred)CNC machining or metal manufacturing processesExperience supporting NPI and process improvement initiativesExposure to or experience with costing/quoting🚀 What You’ll DoThis is a dual-impact role combining manufacturing engineering and costing:🏭 Manufacturing / Process Engineering (70%)Drive process improvements in high-volume productionLead new product introductions (NPI)Develop tooling, fixtures, and optimized manufacturing processesIdentify and solve production issues using root cause analysisApply lean manufacturing to improve efficiency, quality, and cost💰 Costing / Quoting (30%)Review engineering drawings (GD&T)Determine manufacturing methods and cost driversBuild cost estimates for new business opportunitiesPartner cross-functionally to support new program wins🌟 Why This Role?Blend of hands-on engineering + strategic influenceOpportunity to impact both production performance and business growthFast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environmentWork on precision components supporting advanced technologies📌 Additional Info🏢 100% onsite (Monday–Friday)Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship)Work Authorization:This role requires current authorization to work in the United States.
