Job Description Title: Cloud EngineerLocation: Ft Meade, MDClearance: TS/SCI CI PolyResponsibilities:Assess the existing cloud infrastructure and recommend improvements to align with federal government standards and best practicesDesign, develop, and implement cloud-based solutionsDevelop and maintain cloud architecture documentation, including diagrams, operation procedures, and security guidelinesCollaborate with the security operations team to ensure compliance with federal government security requirementsConduct regular cloud infrastructure audits to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilitiesOptimize cloud service utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiencyDevelop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud-based servicesProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to personnel as neededCoordinate with other federa; agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and technologiesRequirements:At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or administrationKnowledge in a variety of cloud platforms and technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Strong understanding of federal government security requirements, including FISMA and FedRAMPExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsRelevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud ArchitectCurrent active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph requiredEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledJob Posted by ApplicantPro
