Java Backend Developer
To support cloud-native application development, the full-time contract Java Backend Developer will provide technical leadership, drive AWS cloud adoption, and oversee backend development initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Lead a team of software engineers in delivering scalable cloud-native applications on AWS Drive architecture decisions and engineering best practices across Spring Boot microservices and OpenSearch platforms Mentor engineers, improve development processes, and ensure alignment of technology investments with business goals Required qualifications 8-12 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot Proficiency in AWS services such as ECS/Fargate, IAM, and CloudWatch Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices Familiarity with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch and Docker Background in automotive technology is a plus
