Join Opensity as a Site Operations Manager and become the driving force behind an exceptional onsite experience for both our clients and team members.In this highly visible leadership role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between Opensity, client leadership, and onsite employees to ensure seamless operations, delivering white-glove customer service, and creating a workplace culture built on excellence, accountability, and growth.What You’ll DoAct as the trusted point of contact between Opensity, client administration, and onsite employees.Deliver exceptional white-glove customer service and ensure an outstanding end-user experience.Lead, mentor, and develop onsite team members while fostering career growth and engagement.Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.Recommend innovative solutions and expanded capabilities to strengthen client partnerships.Confidently communicate product offerings, service levels, turnaround times, delivery schedules, and guarantees.Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage top talent for onsite operations.Create staffing schedules that maintain operational excellence while minimizing overtime costs.Compile operational data and generate monthly management reports for client review.Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic in all interactions.Successfully manage high-volume workflows and demanding client project environments with confidence and composure.What We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred.Previous management experience in a client service-focused environment, ideally within professional office services.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve concerns effectively and professionally.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work a consistent 8-5 schedule with flexibility to occasionally work outside those hours, to fulfill client needs.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift or move items weighing 40 lbs. or more.Ability to transport packages using a wheeled cart with a load capacity of up to 75 lbs.Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods throughout the workday.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, origin, disability, or military status.
