This is an opportunity for an attorney who has managed a full caseload in the past and wants a firm with predictable systems, a collaborative team, and a culture that values preparation and high standards.This is not a training position; the ideal candidate is someone who knows the work, is eager to grow professionally, and seeks a firm that aligns with their standards.What You Will GetA full caseload of family law matters A strong paralegal partner experienced in family law A collaborative team with clear communication and zero internal drama A firm that emphasizes early preparation, organization, and strategic thinking Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses Paid health, dental, vision, PLF coverage, bar dues, 401(k), and CLEs A manageable schedule with hybrid work options A stable, professional firm culture without chaos No mandatory consultation or marketing dutiesKey ResponsibilitiesManage divorce and custody cases from inception to resolution Develop strategy early and communicate it clearly to clients Take ownership of hearings, conferences, negotiations, and trial preparation Collaborate with a team that prepares thoroughly and addresses issues proactively Contribute to a culture of professionalism, empathy, and preparationWho We Are Looking ForA family law attorney with at least two years of Oregon family law experience Courtroom-ready, able to handle hearings independently Organized, reliable, and diligent with client follow-through Able to manage client stress while maintaining professional composure A team-oriented professional seeking a healthy work environment Collaborative, without aggressive or abrasive behaviorCompensation & BenefitsLight annual billable expectation of 1,200 hours, with the option to take on additional work Base salary typically in the low-to-mid $100Ks (DOE), plus performance-based bonuses for billable work above threshold Attorneys who carry higher caseloads can earn total compensation exceeding $250,000 Full benefits package including 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance#J-18808-Ljbffr
