The clients Mid-Atlantic division comprises several hospitals and associated services in Pennsylvania and Delaware, unified as a regional system to deliver comprehensive care. Additionally, the Holy Cross Health Region caters to Maryland and Washington, DC, providing various health and wellness services, including specialty care and innovative technologies for cancer treatment.The client requires a President for its Mid-Atlantic and Holy Cross Health Maryland Medical Group, tasked with overseeing medical group performance, ensuring high-quality care across sites in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. This role involves managing operational, clinical, and financial metrics, with the medical group including over 350 providers. The groups net revenues exceed $100 million, and the President will report to the Regional Health Ministry President and CEO, with an additional reporting line to the clients senior vice president responsible for medical groups and ambulatory strategy.
