Travel Nurse - Case Management in Lafayette, IN - $8505/month

We are hiring an RN - Case Management for Indianapolis, Indiana, and surrounding areas.Responsibilities include coordinating comprehensive nursing care, participating in patient and family education, providing leadership within the care team, and maintaining professional nursing standards for adult-geriatric patients.Requirements include at least 2 years of RN case management experience, Indiana RN license, current BLS certification, and reliable transportation for travel assignments. Travel healthcare experience and additional certifications are preferred.Work schedule is 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts, starting August 15, 2025.
