With two operating rooms, the center provides high-quality, cost-effective outpatient surgical care primarily for Cardiovascular procedures.Owned and operated in partnership with Compass Surgical Partners (an ASC Management organization), the center combines advanced technology with compassionate, patient-centered care in a convenient setting.Role SummaryThe Registered Nurse (RN) supports patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiovascular procedures. This position is responsible for assessing patients before and after procedures, delivering individualized nursing care, monitoring patient status during recovery, and collaborating with cardiologists and the Cath lab team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and optimal outcomes.Hours: PRN during Monday-Friday What You’ll DoAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab and recovery settingsMonitor patient status before, during, and after cardiac and vascular proceduresAssist physicians during diagnostic and interventional Cath lab proceduresAdminister medications, monitor cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes in patient conditionDocument accurately and communicate effectively with team members, physicians, and patientsMaintain sterile environments and adhere to safety and infection prevention protocolsSupport patient education regarding procedures, recovery, and discharge instructionsEnsure proper operation and handling of Cath lab equipment and suppliesWhat You’ll BringGraduate of an accredited RN programCurrent RN license (unencumbered)At least 1 year of Cath Lab, ICU, ER, telemetry, or critical care nursing experience (within last 3–5 years)Current BLS certification requiredACLS certification required (or obtained within 6 months of hire)Preferred: Prior experience with cardiac monitoring, moderate sedation, or interventional proceduresStrong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skillsAbility to remain calm and respond effectively in high-acuity situationsPhysical & Work Environment RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, lifting, and manual dexterityExposure to procedural environments, radiation, medical equipment, and patient care areasAbility to respond quickly in emergency situationsFull-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday with possible call rotation)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay with medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k), PTO, and paid holidaysSupportive, team-oriented work environmentWhy Compass Surgical Partners?Compass Surgical Partners is a leading, independent, full-service ambulatory surgery center (ASC) development and management partner.
