National Account ManagerWe're looking for a results-driven National Account Manager to lead and grow key national retail accounts across North America. This role provides strategic account leadership while remaining hands-on in planning and executing sales strategies that drive revenue and long-term partnerships.Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll manage major national retailers, collaborate cross-functionally, and play a key role in the company's growth and profitability.If you're motivated by ownership, impact, and building strong retail partnerships, we'd like to hear from you. Location: Chino, CA (Office-based) Salary starts at $110,000 What You'll Do:Lead business planning and execution across brand, category, and product strategies for national accountsPartner with the Director of Sales to deliver omni-channel growth and achieve revenue targetsBuild strong, influential relationships with key retail decision-makersCollaborate cross-functionally to develop profitable sales and marketing solutionsAnalyze market trends, risks, and competitive insights to inform strategyOwn sales KPIs, forecasting, POS analysis, and reportingManage account budgets, including T&E, co-op, advertising, and retailer programsSupport product development through customer insights and market feedbackTravel domestically and internationally to support customers, product reviews, and factory visitsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience5+ years of national account experience in outdoor living, lawn & garden, or related categoriesProven success in business development and data-driven, consultative sellingExperience with mass retail, club, sporting, or farm & fleet channelsStrong analytical, communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentWillingness to travel frequentlyAt Nexgrill, we're all about bringing people together around the grill.
