Comprehensive benefits package (details provided during interview)Sign-on Bonus RelocationJob Description :About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Perfusionist to join a leading healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and managing cardiopulmonary bypass equipment during cardiac surgical procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor the heart-lung machine during cardiac surgeries.Perform cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) procedures.Conduct cell saver/autotransfusion procedures for orthopedic, cardiac, and neurosurgical patients.Prepare and maintain perfusion circuits, equipment, and related supplies.Ensure proper functioning and safety of all perfusion equipment.Monitor patient physiological parameters and administer pharmacological interventions as required.Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and surgical teams.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.Required Skills & Abilities:Degree from an accredited Perfusion or Health Science program.Graduation from a CAAHEP/CAHEA accredited perfusion program.Current Oklahoma Perfusionist License preferred.Candidates from out of state are welcome if willing to obtain Oklahoma licensure.Strong understanding of:Cardiopulmonary bypassPump physiologyECMO and perfusion systemsCell saver technologyExcellent communication and patient care skills.Education & Licensure:1–2 years of experience preferred.New graduates are encouraged to apply.About ASK: ASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally.
