Responsibilities • Provide weekly family therapy to families utilizing the TFCO treatment model. • Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment. • Develop therapeutic relationships with families. • Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with TFCO model. • Advocate on behalf of families to help them meet their needs and achieve their desired level of independence and self-sufficiency. • Link families with resources available in the community.
