Manager I, Engineering - Data Visualization Explorations

Overview In this role you lead the Data Visualization Explorations team to shape product direction and deliver end-to-end data experiences for observability engineers. You coach engineers, staff cross-functional projects, and collaborate with product teams to translate customer needs into measurable UI improvements. You will extend core widgets like Hostmap and Geomap Visualizations and drive innovative use of Datadog data sources. This position blends leadership, product sense, and hands-on collaboration to elevate data visualization across dashboards, notebooks, and product pages.
