Region PCS Commercial Operations and Pricing Manager

Job Description Summary Responsible for PCS Commercial Operations and partnering with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and other Enterprise Operations functions to drive orders, sales and pricing performance in the Dallas and Gulf Coast Markets. This role is responsible for the predictability of orders & revenue, driving funnel rigor, deal structuring and revenue execution. Responsibilities also include using business judgment to structure, evaluate, and approve pricing for sales opportunities and developing pricing strategies for key accounts. Works closely with leadership teams while partnering with internal functional stakeholders to drive profitable solutions. Providing business input and approval on key terms & conditions changes when needed. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: With commercial leadership,build consistent strategies focused on commercial process improvements; drive achievement of their orders and sales targets and drive rigor in order and S&I funnel and overall forecast accuracy. Utilize creative and analytical skillset to help package commercially available offerings and customized client solutions. Partner withthe commercial organization around executing commercialplans, operating mechanisms, data reports andKPI'sto support key business imperatives focused on improving efficiency and the quality of commercial processes Ensure pricing policies are consistent with businessobjectivesand are widely communicated and reinforced, including management of Most Favored Nation (MFN) pricing compliance through escalations. Lead & assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements focused on simplifying commercial processesimpactingfunnel management, orders performance & revenue execution within the business Drive theMarketsto work cross-functionally withOperations,Deal HubCare Allianceon deals. Assistin analytics related to overall business planning and business development focused on execution of operating plans, market performance metrics & business performance Assistin the development of portfolio management tools and metrics leading to more robust deal decisions and predictability. Provide Policy 5.0 / 6.0 training and updates to the commercial team(s) supported. Partner with Commercial Leaders to drive profitable growth byleveragingpricing analytics, commercialmetricsand other measurements; driving teams toward portfolio management. Lead simplification and process improvement efforts to support achievement of business objectives Qualifications/Requirements Undergraduate degree in a business discipline with5or greater years of experience or 10 years of experience in a related field. Strong analytical skills; able to clearly link operational performance drivers to financial results, generate alternatives, articulate Price - Volume trade-offs and drive positive change. Demonstrated experience with prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level),functionsandregions; able to clearly communicate complex information in aneasy to understandmanner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing. Confidence / Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages and defend position; for example, work closely with business leaders to achieve businessobjectiveswhile driving pricing compliance / GE Values.
