This role is responsible for assisting with AR documentation and reporting, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting accounts receivable processes across our Communities. Responsibilities:Reviews and processes Medicaid documentation, reports, and payments with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailPerforms data entry and maintains records for various financial reportsAssists with audit requests and responds to financial inquiries as neededCompletes Medicaid admissions, discharges, and income updates in a timely mannerReconciles financial accounts by reviewing statements and transactionsMaintains financial security by following established accounting controls and proceduresMaintains organized financial records and documentationEnsures compliance with all company policies, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirementsProvides training and guidance to Community business office professionals related to accounts receivable processes Qualifications:Associate degree in Business is preferred or equivalent industry-related experienceProficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook experience requiredKnowledge of Access and Mainframe applications preferredExperience using standard office equipment, including office facsimile and photocopyingStrong analytical skills and understanding of accounting principles and applicationsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneouslyHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional composure in challenging situationsDemonstrates flexibility and adaptability when managing shifting priorities and a variety of tasksProactive in learning new skills and processesMay require occasional travel to Communities Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefit packagesEmployee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Employer-subsidized Gym Membership & Wellness ProgramEAP & Maven family planning program401(k) with biweekly employer matchOutside-In Employee Referral ProgramIntentional work-life balance supported with competitive Paid Time OffSelf-service payroll & tools (PayCom)
