Sr Performance Test Lead

Sr Performance Test Lead Position: Sr Performance Test Lead Location: Reading, PA or Tampa, FL. - HYBRID - 2-3 days/week onsite Performance testing process knowledge Understand and collaborate on application design and technical implementation Review application & system design documents Creation and maintenance of performance test plans, test strategy, application metrics, acceptance criteria Measure and analyze performance data (Production & QA) Simulating system load behavior using enterprise tools API performance testing Angular apps performance testing Analyzing complex problems, help in troubleshooting in case of Production issues, provide recommendations Engage in multiple initiatives across organization Maintain test scripts, results Work closely with development team, Architects, and engineers to test products. Make recommendations based on results Experience with Performance testing tools like jmeter and LoadRunner a plus Development experience in C, JAVA or similar languages a plus Excellent communications skills Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues with the environment Ability to efficiently evaluate and communicate test results Effective organization skills; ability to multi-task
