Lead Software EngineerSeeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership while designing and delivering modern, scalable software solutions. This role combines hands-on development, architecture, mentoring, and delivery leadership with a strong focus on AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead system architecture and technical design for scalable, secure applications. Partner with Product Owners to break down features and drive delivery. Champion clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices. Leverage AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Code, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality. Own Azure DevOps release pipelines and deployments. Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices. Requirements7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role. Strong experience with C#/.NET, React, SQL Server/Azure SQL, and the Azure ecosystem. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern AI-enabled engineering workflows. Strong software architecture, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
