For the right person, there is long-term potential to grow into a real estate closer role.We are also open to candidates with strong administrative experience who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the real estate and title industry.Position SummaryThe Title & Escrow Processor will help manage the administrative and processing details of real estate transactions. This person will work closely with the closing team to open files, gather documentation, communicate with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal team members, and help ensure each closing file is accurate, complete, and moving forward.This role requires strong attention to detail, follow-through, professionalism, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen, review, and maintain title and escrow files for real estate transactionsGather and verify required documentation, including payoff statements, HOA information, mortgage information, surveys, and other closing-related itemsOrder title searches and assist with title commitment preparation and file organizationCommunicate professionally with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and internal team membersAssist the closer with scheduling, closing logistics, and file coordinationHelp prepare and review settlement statements, closing disclosures, prorations, taxes, payoffs, and feesTrack outstanding items and help ensure files are complete and accurate before closingAssist with resolving missing documents, title issues, liens, judgments, curative items, or other closing requirementsMaintain organized electronic files and support post-closing documentation as neededUse title/escrow software and standard office systems to manage transaction detailsIdeal BackgroundExperience in title, escrow, real estate closings, mortgage/lending, loan processing, transaction coordination, or real estate law firm administrationStrong understanding of real estate terminology and transaction flow preferredExperience with title or closing software is a plus; Qualia experience is preferred but not requiredComfortable working with contracts, closing documents, financial figures, deadlines, and sensitive client informationStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple files at onceProfessional, responsive, and client-service mindedAble to work independently while also collaborating with a small teamNotary public or title insurance experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is steady, accurate, proactive, and eager to learn.
