Job DescriptionThe Vice President of Sales & Marketing for EG4 Electronics is responsible for leading all revenue-generating functions within the EG4 operating entity, including inside sales, outside sales, business development, grid services, and marketing.This role owns the EG4 go-to-market strategy and is accountable for delivering revenue growth, building scalable sales and marketing infrastructure, and aligning execution with enterprise priorities.This leader will operate as the senior revenue leader for EG4, partnering closely with the President and enterprise leadership to drive performance.Key ResponsibilitiesEG4 Revenue Ownership Own revenue performance for EG4 Electronics Translate enterprise strategy into EG4-specific go-to-market execution Drive pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and revenue attainment Sales Leadership (Inside & Outside) Lead all EG4 sales functions across inside and outside teams Establish clear performance expectations, structure, and accountability Standardize sales processes, metrics, and tools Business Development Drive strategic partnerships, channel expansion, and new market entry Support growth in key segments, including commercial and industrial (C&I) Build relationships that expand EG4’s market presence Grid Services Lead grid services as a revenue channel within EG4 Align with enterprise grid services strategy while driving execution at the entity level Ensure integration with sales, partnerships, and product offerings Marketing & Go-to-Market Own EG4 marketing, including demand generation, brand, and product marketing Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and launches Ensure tight alignment between marketing and sales to drive pipeline and conversion Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance within EG4 and across EAI Align revenue strategy with product roadmap and operational capabilities Act as a key member of the EG4 leadership team Qualifications 10–15+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or revenue leadership Proven success leading revenue growth within a business unit or division Experience managing both sales and marketing functions Strong understanding of channel, distribution, and direct sales models Experience in energy, solar, electronics, or related industries preferred Strong leadership and team-building capability Financial and operational acumen, including forecasting and performance management Leadership Profile Drives accountability and results Connects strategy to execution Builds strong, aligned teams Operates with urgency and ownership Communicates clearly across functions Success in This Role Looks Like EG4 consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets Clear visibility into pipeline and forecasting Strong alignment between sales and marketing Growth across channels and new market segments Scalable, repeatable revenue processes within EG4 Physical RequirementsThis position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 25+ lbs , computer work, and other physical activities.
