We are currently seeking a SAP Principal, Procure-to-pay to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Transformation Materials Management & Warehouse Management Module LeadJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM & WM Module Lead to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) workstreams in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. The role is responsible for ensuring successful migration from ECC to S/4HANA, aligning logistics processes with SAP best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions across procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead MM and WM functional workstreams in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Transition).Own end-to-end solution delivery for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory & Warehouse processes.Act as the primary point of contact for MM & WM topics for business stakeholders and project leadership.Drive solution design and hands-on configuration for:SAP MM: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Valuation, Account DeterminationSAP WM: Inbound/Outbound Processing, Putaway, Picking, Storage Types & SectionsEnsure adoption of S/4HANA logistics simplifications (MATDOC, FI integration).Lead decision-making on Classic WM vs Stock Room Management vs Embedded EWM.Lead Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and business process harmonization.Identify and manage custom code (RICEFW) impacts for MM & WM in S/4HANA.Support Business Partner (BP) and logistics master data conversion activities.Coordinate closely with SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, EWM, and TM teams.Ensure seamless end-to-end integration across logistics and finance processes.Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, and data migration.Lead MM & WM unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.Own cutover planning for inventory, open POs, and warehouse stock.Provide go-live and hypercare support, acting as the MM & WM escalation lead.Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and project standards.Review and approve functional specifications, configuration, and test artifacts.Mentor MM & WM consultants and support knowledge transfer activities.Required Skills & Experience:SAP MM & WM Expertise1012+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in:SAP MM (P2P, Inventory Management, Valuation)SAP WM (Classic WM)At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA transformation projects in a lead role.Strong understanding of ECC to S/4HANA logistics differences and simplifications.S/4HANA & Logistics KnowledgeExperience with: MATDOC and inventory simplificationBusiness Partner (BP) conceptWM migration strategiesExposure to Embedded EWM is highly desirable.Leadership & Delivery SkillsProven ability to lead module-level delivery in complex SAP programs.Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.Experience working in global onshoreoffshore delivery models.Preferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA certification in MM or LogisticsExperience with SAP Activate methodologyIndustry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, or Consumer GoodsExposure to QM, TM, or Yard Logistics is an advantage.Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to translate business requirements into SAP solutionsMentoring and coaching mindsetExcellent documentation and presentation skillsLocation & Work Model:Location: As per project requirementsWork Model: Hybrid / Onsite / Offshore (project dependent)About NTT DATA:NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
