The practice has a state-of-the-art facility. Compensation will include a salary guarantee for the first 2 years with productivity bonuses, 2 year partnership track, opportunity to buy into surgery center and real estate upon partnership, physical therapy services for further ancillary income, health vision and dental coverage, flexible vacation time, CME time with stipend, retirement plan, profit sharing plan, and a relocation package.
