Job SummaryBay-CSS is looking for a compassionate Full-Time Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Lexington Park, MD. The DSP will provide essential assistance to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting, supporting them in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance Ability to lift at least 50lbs Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of person-centered planning and positive behavioral supports Willingness to work the specified schedule: Tuesday - Friday 2pm - 10pm with Saturday 8am - 2pm Pay is $21/hr Monday - Friday, with a $2 shift differential on Saturday & SundayResponsibilities Assist individuals with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores Implement individualized support plans and behavior intervention strategies Support individuals in community engagement and participation in recreational activities Document individual progress, incidents, and medications administered accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of the individuals Maintain a safe and clean-living environment for the individualsIf you meet the qualifications and are available to work the specified schedule, we invite you to apply for the Full Time Residential DSP position in Lexington Park, MD.
