Together, we're shaping the future of reliable energy solutions.What You'll DoAs a Logistics Coordinator at HITEC Power Protection, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all logistics activities to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products and services. You will work closely with various departments across the globe including procurement, warehouse, and transportation to optimize the supply chain process and support operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policiesManage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, shipping companies to facilitate smooth transport processesTrack shipments and proactively address any delays or issues to minimize impact on operationsPrepare and maintain shipping documentation, including customs clearance paperworkCollaborate with internal teams to forecast logistics needs and plan resource allocation accordinglyMaintain accurate logistics and inventory records within ERP systemsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in logistics operationsRequirementsAssociate level in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferredProven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain roles, preferably in industrial or technical environmentsKnowledge of transportation regulations, Incoterms, and customs proceduresExcellent organizational and communication skillsAn ownership mindset and proactively solving problems without deflecting responsibilityProficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applicationsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamProblem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesBenefitsComprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision)Retirement plan options available (401k)Generous paid time off for vacation, sick leave, and public holidays.
