Project / Program ManagerLocation: Onsite- Reston, VADuration: 6 monthsHours: Approximately 50 hours/weekPay Range: $57–$67/hr (W2)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead internal projects and cross-functional initiatives across Global Functions. This role partners with senior and executive leadership, corporate stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define best-in-class approaches, assess the current state, and develop go-forward plans that drive simplification, digitalization, and continuous improvement.The ideal candidate brings strong program governance discipline, a track record of managing complex, multi-team initiatives, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead internal projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations are met through rigorous planning, controlling, and management.Partner with senior and executive leadership, corporate stakeholders, and third-party vendors to define best-in-class solutions, analyze the current state, and develop go-forward strategies aligned with organizational priorities.Drive innovation and the integration of new technologies and automation into projects and organizational activities.Manage and lead multiple concurrent projects across functions and teams to advance the simplification and digitalization of various Global Functions.Communicate project progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders.Collaborate with Business Units, subject matter experts, and functional leaders to recommend and implement changes to tools, processes, and business practices.Review and evaluate program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management standards.Provide actionable feedback to improve overall program management quality and organizational outcomes.QualificationsProven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and programs within a large enterprise environment.Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior and executive-level stakeholders.Strong skills in project planning, risk management, issue escalation, and continuous improvement.Experience driving process simplification, digitalization, and automation initiatives across global organizations.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsPMP or equivalent project/program management certification.Experience working with third-party vendors and global business functions.Familiarity with program management tools, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.Eligibility Requirements:Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.As a contractor, you will be paid for the time you work; this does not include paid time off (PTO) or holidays.
