Sous Chef

The Sous Chef is responsible for managing all kitchen staff in the preparation, production, and presentation of high quality dishes for Loxley's Restaurant. Key aspects of the position include the production and service of food for the restaurant and ensuring consistently high standards are adhered to. The Sous Chef is also responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary and positive work environment and remaining focused on maximizing revenue and limiting expenses. Menu execution is vital to the success of this position. Creating and executing specialty and seasonal menus is also a main focus of this position.This position is pretty flexible for the right person and situation.
