About the Family
This loving family includes two devoted parents, their cheerful 14-month-old son (16 months at start date), and a new baby on the way in June 2026. They both work in the finance world, which keeps their schedules busy, but at home they prioritize staying grounded, connected, and present with their little one. They value routines that help their son feel secure; good meals, good naps, and lots of exploring! They love receiving updates and photos throughout the day so they never feel too far away. Their home celebrates both Jewish and Christian holidays, and they enjoy creating meaningful traditions together. They believe in kindness, honesty, consistency, and giving their children plenty of opportunities to be independent and explore the world around them. They love being outdoors, going for walks, and taking small trips together. They find joy in the simple moments like dinner as a family when possible, bonding over bath-time, and cozy evenings at home. Above all, they are warm, welcoming, and deeply appreciative of anyone who becomes part of their children’s life.
Their Ideal Match
Their ideal nanny is someone loving, reliable, and naturally nurturing; someone who truly enjoys helping little ones learn, explore, and grow. The family aims for their match to grow with the family for many years to come. They’re hoping for a caregiver who brings creativity to the day, thinks ahead about activities, and embraces outdoor adventures and developmental play. A good communicator is a must, they appreciate being kept in the loop and love getting photos or quick updates that help them feel connected while they work. They value someone who understands routines and consistency but also knows when to be flexible and go with the flow. Someone who keeps their son’s spaces tidy, promotes healthy habits, and respects the ways they’re trying to build a peaceful, structured home. The right person will be warm, thoughtful, and patient, and will feel comfortable partnering with hands-on parents who genuinely appreciate collaboration. Above all, they hope to welcome a nanny who becomes part of their rhythm—someone kind, dependable, and happy to help create a safe, joyful environment for their growing family.
