Local Candidate only:What we are looking: Corporate Security & Emergency Management - Technology Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Technical Project Manager.Role Objective:The primary responsibility of this role is to support company sponsored Security projects that require integration of access control and video monitoring standards within new buildings, expansions, uplifts, and large hardware refresh activities. This role will partner multiple groups inside the organization to plan, execute, and turnover projects of different sizes and priority.Requirements:Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skillsProject Management Certification or Degree in a related study.Demonstrated functional work experience (5+ Years).Experience managing small-medium scale (K) technology projects.High-level communication skills to influence and persuade others.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present recommendations to management.Ability to work under pressure, with tight timelines, and occasional limited support.
