Position Highlights
Specialty: Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery — fellowship training required
Employment Model: Full-time, employed position
Call Schedule: Pediatric Ortho call coverage required; option to take Adult Ortho call if desired
Practice Setting: Largest multi-specialty group in the region with significant market share across West Texas and Southern New Mexico
Patient Volume: Robust referral network supported by 50+ system access points throughout the region
Administrative Support: Centralized billing, coding, and collections; in-house HR, IT, marketing, business development, and PR teams
New Grads Welcome: Experienced surgeons and fellowship graduates are both encouraged to apply

MD or DO degree
Board eligible or board certified in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery
Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
