Web Developer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead the development of internet applications and software tools, partnering with product teams to define product vision.• Oversee end-to-end solution development, including architecting, designing, developing, and testing member-facing applications using cloud, CMS, and traditional integrations.• Drive the execution of multiple work streams by identifying customer and operational needs, and translating business strategy into actionable requirements.• Serve as a lead expert in the research and resolution of technical issues, recommending appropriate interventions for critical issues.• Ensure work processes and products meet IT security and development standards.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in software development or a related field.• Minimum six (6) years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of solutions development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).• Minimum four (4) years in a technical leadership role.• Minimum six (6) years of experience developing and/or implementing web-based applications.• Minimum four (4) years of experience developing and utilizing cloud-based technologies.• Minimum four (4) years of experience working with web application frameworks.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary.• Opportunity to lead critical application development projects.• Engagement with cutting-edge cloud and web technologies.• A role with significant technical leadership and problem-solving responsibilities.Apply via Haystack today!
