Role details include: Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on our HIPAA-compliant video platform to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionalsUse evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR, or Gottman MethodComplete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in our streamlined EHRIncorporate measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to monitor progress and improve outcomesWhat we're looking forTo be considered for this role, you must currently have ALL THREE of the following: Independent licensure as aLicensed Psychologistin aPSYPACT participating stateActive PSYPACT credentials allowing telehealth across PSYPACT statesExperience and training incouples therapyMinimum of2 years of post-licensure experienceproviding therapy to adults and couplesExperience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first respondersAvailability for 10 hours per weekComfort deliveringindividual and couples therapyvia video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google WorkspaceAbility to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomesExperience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman MethodCommitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered carePassion for supporting the mental health of healthcare professionalsCompensationAs a remote independent contractor, you'll receive competitive hourly pay, malpractice insurance, and free CEUs.
