Title: Software Developer Senior Level - (iOS) Duration: 12 months contract (can extend to 18m and convert to FTE) Location: Open to locations Raleigh, Omaha, St. Louis, Phoenix, Denver as well. Seats might be tight in Austin and Dallas. On-site: 4 days a week Additional notes from HM: Must have: Domian less of concern Ios dev who has demonstrated ability to build iOS apps - iphones, iPad etc Finance domain - plus Core - swift , swift UI - primary Strong expertise there Have hands on App development skills - not just lead a team. This role is fully hands on, Whole lifecycle, testing, budling code etc. AI exp - for day-to-day productivity Not super hard requirements Quality of candidate must have experience working with Reactive architecture is preferred. Experience with iterative development methodologies such as TDD and BDD. A solid understanding of modern design patterns and industry standard best practices. Excellent interpersonal skills to thrive in a distributed enterprise grade environment along with the ability to identify stakeholders, asses their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication The client has been doing in-house, native mobile development for several years but every business channel in client is increasing their presence on the mobile platform. We are looking to grow a high performing, engaged mobile development team that is passionate about delivering an excellent mobile experience for our users. From push notifications and checking account balances to a complex trading experience, As an iOS Developer, you will: Build and support mobile applications and prepare documentation per Client mobile best practices Develop compelling user experiences while meeting the needs of the mobile users Create and perform unit testing for the spectrum of mobile devices Support the mobile systems in production, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems Engage with Product teams for innovating new features while maintaining client development standards Expand your knowledge in the mobile languages like Swift/Swift UI and ramp up on new technology and tooling Stay on top of iOS framework & Swift updates, XCode version and related SDK upgrades Required qualifications: 5+ years of native iOS development, including working experience in Swift, Combine, UIKit and Swift UI This includes: Experience writing Unit Tests as well as Automated UI tests using XCTest framework Experience integrating with REST APIs Experience working with CI/CD pipeline and debugging issues that may arise Experience debugging memory and performance issues Experience working with design patterns that leverage dependency injections (DI) Experience working with native accessibility features such as VoiceOver and Dynamic Type Exposure to updating apps to comply with Apple's iOS and Swift version upgrades Excellent written/verbal communication skills
