The company is also actively involved with industry associations and proudly supports veterans and veteran-assisted programs nationwide.Role DescriptionThe Warehouse Coordinator is a full-time, on-site position based in Cornelius, NC. This role is responsible for the accurate receiving, inventory management, storage, and shipment of technology hardware, equipment, and supplies.The Warehouse Coordinator ensures inventory records remain accurate, orders are fulfilled correctly and on time, and the warehouse is organized, safe, and efficient. This position works closely with sales, operations, technical teams, vendors, and shipping carriers to support customer and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming hardware, equipment, and supplies and verify shipments for accuracy and condition.Maintain accurate inventory records, including serial numbers, model numbers, quantities, and equipment locations.Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.Prepare, package, label, and ship technology hardware to customers and other locations.Verify equipment, quantities, serial numbers, and shipping information before orders are released.Coordinate daily shipments using FedEx and other shipping services, including creating labels, tracking packages, and resolving shipping issues.Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation and records.Organize warehouse shelves, storage areas, incoming equipment, and outgoing shipments.Maintain adequate shipping and packaging supplies.Prepare weekly warehouse inventory reports and communicate inventory status or discrepancies as needed.Coordinate with sales, operations, technical, and other internal teams to ensure hardware is shipped accurately and on time.Identify and recommend improvements to warehouse, inventory, and shipping processes.Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional warehouse environment.Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion.QualificationsPrevious experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, fulfillment, or a similar operational role preferred.Familiarity with inventory control practices and maintaining accurate inventory records.Working knowledge of FedEx shipping processes and systems preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including maintaining spreadsheets, sorting and filtering data, and using basic formulas.Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and operate with an appropriate sense of urgency.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to investigate and resolve discrepancies.Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with limited supervision.Comfortable working in a small-team environment where responsibilities may vary based on business needs.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Physical RequirementsAbility to regularly handle, package, move, and organize network and technology hardware.Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform typical warehouse activities throughout the workday.Ability to safely lift and move packages and equipment associated with typical technology hardware shipments.What Success Looks LikeA successful Warehouse Coordinator maintains an organized warehouse, accurate inventory records, and clear visibility into the location and status of equipment.
