We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager at our Collierville office!This is a SALES role with limited leadership as an assistant to the Sales Manager. We offer paid training from some of the best sales producers in the industry (And THE top producer in the territory since 2016) and provide a blueprint for success like none other! This is the role for you!Responsibilities:Lead by example in all facets of the business including, but not limited to production, activity, and ethics.Maintain a positive and professional attitude in representing our brand, both in and out of the office.Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.Aid in driving a winning culture. We are looking for individuals who are SERIOUS about being the best, and willing to do the work to BE the best!Contribute to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.Track and analyze business metrics to support growth objectives.Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.Qualifications:Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is required.P&C licensing preferred (Life and Health may be obtained post hire).Experience managing client relationships is preferred.A positive/professional attitude.Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.Dedicated to customer excellence.Coachable and willing to learn.Able to effectively relate to customer needsAbility to work closely with the Director of Business Development to lead the Agency to surpass sales goals.The Base Pay for this role is $48K plus commission and bonuses. A strong candidate should expect to make $58,000 - $70,000 in their first year!
