Retail Sales RepresentativeDelphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment.This is an in-store retail position — not remote or telemarketing.What You’ll Do:Greet customers and provide excellent customer serviceSell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plansActivate new lines and process upgradesMeet and exceed sales and activation goalsUpsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on featuresTroubleshoot basic phone and account issuesMaintain store cleanliness and merchandising standardsParticipate in team sales meetings and performance trackingWhat We’re Looking For:Retail sales or customer service experience preferredWireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plusComfortable working toward commission and sales goalsStrong communication and closing skillsReliable and punctualWeekend availability requiredBilingual (Spanish) is a plusCompensation & Benefits:$12–$17 per hour (based on experience)Uncapped commissionHealth, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days401(k) eligibility after 1 yearEmployee discountsPaid trainingOpportunities for advancement to Assistant Manager or Store ManagerSchedule:Monday–SundayFull-time and part-time availableWeekend shifts requiredPlease visit our company website at www.delphoswireless.net to check out our locations near your area.
