OverviewTeam Lead SPAR Marketing Force is growing our overnight reset and remodel team! We are seeking a full-time Overnight Team Lead to lead a team of 8-10 fixture team members on retail remodel, reset, and fixture installation projects.This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in fixture installation, retail remodel, construction, or big-box retail. As the onsite Team Lead, you will help direct overnight crews, ensure work is completed safely and accurately, and maintain SPAR’s standards for quality, productivity, and professionalism.Projects may include merchandising resets, shelving and fixture installations, steel racking, pallet racking, signage updates, and full retail remodels within national retail chains.Join the best reset and remodel construction team in the business and APPLY TODAY!What We OfferFull-time positionPay range: $24–$26 per hourOvernight schedule: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Scheduled days may vary based on project needsExtensive travel opportunitiesMileage reimbursementMeal per diem, tolls, and approved expenses coveredHotel accommodations provided by SPAROngoing project workCareer advancement opportunitiesDailyPayResponsibilitiesLead and support an overnight fixture team of 8-10 team membersProvide on-site directions to ensure project tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedulePerform overnight remodel work in big-box retail locationsComplete merchandising resets according to planograms, schematics, and project instructionsRelocate, assemble, install, remove, and replace retail store shelving, fixtures, steel racking, and/or pallet rackingInstall and/or update signage, per store layoutsRead and follow blueprints, project plans, and store-specific instructionsMonitor quality of work and help resolve onsite issues professionallyCommunicate project progress, concerns, and completion updates to leadershipMaintain organization of tools, materials, and work areasEngage in considerable physical activity, including standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.QualificationsPrevious retail remodel, fixture installation, construction, or big-box retail experience requiredPrior team lead, crew lead, or supervisory experience requiredAbility to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with an overnight teamAbility to work overnight shifts, 8:00 PM – 7:00 AMAbility to stand and work for 10+ hoursAbility to read and follow blueprints, schematics, planograms, and project instructionsExperience using basic hand tools and power toolsAbility to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 40 feetExperience operating equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks preferred; must be able to become certified if not already certified.Microsoft Office experience preferredReliable transportation and a valid driver’s license requiredPersonal cell phone and valid email address requiredProfessional appearance and demeanorAppropriate work footwear required on the job site (steel-toe shoes/boots or inserts)About SPARSPAR Marketing Force works with national retail stores to support new store setups, merchandising resets, fixture installations, and full retail remodels.
