Construction Estimators Access (CEA) has been hired by Lemoine to source AEC estimating professionals for this job opportunity as an extension of their internal recruiting team. Founded in 1975, Lemoine is a highly respected multi-disciplinary professional services firm recognized for its unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and client success. Together we are looking for a Mid-Senior Level AEC Estimator located in either Birmingham or Mobile, AL. Estimators in the Jackson Mississippi, Baton Rouge & New Orleans Louisiana areas will be considered. Remote positions are also an option Mid-Senior Level AEC Estimator Compensation Range: $115,000 - $180,000 annually Salary based on experience Plus a Comprehensive Benefits Package Primary Responsibilities: Estimating & Preconstruction Prepare construction estimates and take-offs for projects in: Hospitality Multifamily Commercial Healthcare K-12 Higher Education Project Phase Management Support and manage estimating activities during: Conceptual Phase Pre-Construction Construction Change Orders Key Qualifications: Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 5 to 10+ years of construction estimating experience Experience preparing estimates from schematic design through design development documents Change-order management experience Knowledge of historical pricing and cost databases Experience leading stakeholder meetings Scheduling experience Estimating knowledge across all CSI trade divisions M*E*P are pluses Software Competency with Timberline/Sage or similar estimating software Some experience with Primavera 3/6 preferred All CEA Clients are EOE Compliant!
