RF HW Electrical Engineer

Nokia is expanding its existing Electrical Engineering team and is seeking candidates to work in RF domain: HW Engineer TRX HW Engineer RF Power Amplifier HW Engineer Digital Pre-Distortion Develop world-class RF transmitters and receivers for future radios Simulate RF circuits ( AWR, ADS, CST, HFSS) Troubleshoot RF related SW with other HW an SW engineers Participate to bring-up work, testing, trouble shooting and documentation in your own design area Be responsible for RF Power Amplifier technology development, PA design, simulation, and verification. Create RF PA specification, prepare testability and documentation Practical downlink RF performance measuring with real HW and radios - even over the air! DPD (digital pre-distortion) development and verification for radio products towards maximized efficiency, linearity, and overall RF performance Analyze and troubleshoot RF system issues related to DPD performance Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and procedures for DPD verification Contribute to the innovation and development of new DPD technologies and methodologies Desired skills/experience: BSc or MSc degree in electrical engineering or a related field Experience of RF hardware designs and topologies Proficient in RF measurements and testing, including MATLAB and Python coding Good knowledge of RF Power transistor technologies and practical experience in RF simulation tools Experience of digital signal processing (DSP) and knowledge of Digital Pre-distortion (DPD) designs and topologies Strong analytical skills with problem-solving capability Effective team player with strong collaboration skills If you have skills, expertise and willingness to learn, apply.
