Assembly And Production Operators Hiring for Assembly and Production Operators - $19-$21/hrLocation: Saint Charles, Missouri, 63301Start Date: Can start immediately!Pay Rate: $19/hr - $21/hrShifts Available6:00am - 2:30pm2:30pm - 11:00pmJob DescriptionAssemble, package, and label products.Operate equipment and tools such as impact wrenches, drills, mallets, screwdrivers, and pneumatic rivet guns.Maintain a continuous level of productivity with supervision.Ensure the production of quality finished goods with acceptable workmanship and minimal quality issues.Maintain assembly jigs, hand tools, and equipment in good working order.Possess basic product knowledge to identify correct components such as wheels, model numbers, bearings, nuts, and bolts.Keep a clean and organized workplace by properly storing tools and hardware, sweeping floors, and disposing of trash appropriately.Notify Production Supervisor of tools needing repair, low inventory of daily use items, and poor-quality products.Accurately read assembly drawings for dimensions, parts lists, assembly instructions, and CTQ's.Perform tasks safely, including wearing safety glasses and gloves as per JHA requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in manufacturing assembly is preferred.Ability to read a tape measure in fractions and decimals.Knowledge of packaging, assembly, labeling, and packing.Proficiency in using hand tools and general labor tasks.Ability to read blueprints and schematics for assembly.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.47 - $19.47/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
