Marketing Manager

JOB OVERVIEW Right Move Storage is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute key marketing initiatives that drive visibility, engagement, and growth across our expanding self-storage portfolio. This role requires strong digital performance acumen, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to align marketing with measurable business results. Reporting to executive leadership, the Marketing Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and tracking of multi-channel strategies that support site performance, brand consistency, and client retention, while directly supporting the rollout of Right Move Edge, our internal performance platform. RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Marketing Performance Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook) Monitor ad spend and ensure campaign ROI across multiple facilities Provide performance reports and recommendations to leadership SEO & Content Optimization Maintain and enhance organic search visibility for all locations Optimize site content, local listings, and on-page SEO structure Social Media & Facebook Management Own and maintain Facebook business accounts for all properties Create, schedule, and monitor branded content and paid social campaigns Reputation & Local Visibility Monitor and respond to reviews across platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.) Optimize and manage Google My Business profiles across the portfolio Reporting & Communication Deliver regular status updates, performance summaries, and analytics dashboards Align with operations teams to coordinate marketing support per store BONUS PROGRAM Eligible for up to $12,000+ in annual bonus, based on: 1. Client Retention Bonus awarded for retaining all assigned clients with no involuntary terminations 2. Performance Execution Continued and effective rollout of Right Move Edge across assigned locations 3. Company Growth Metrics Bonus increase if: Net new store count exceeds 5 per year net Right Move Storage’s overall NOI increases by 10% or more If all KPI’s are hit all 4 quarters a $5,000 end-of-year bonus will be applied. QUALIFICATIONS 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably multi-location or franchise model Strong working knowledge of: Google Ads and Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) SEO tools and best practices Google My Business and local listing optimization Excellent communication, project management, and reporting skills Self-starter with ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Experience in self-storage, property management, or real estate marketing a plus Compensation & Benefits $60,000 base salary Bonus potential exceeding $12,000 based on performance Paid time off, holidays, and eligibility for benefits (health, dental, etc.) Professional development opportunities Direct exposure to executive leadership and business strategy About Right Move Storage Right Move Storage is a rapidly growing, innovative self-storage management company committed to operational excellence, industry-leading marketing, and high-performance culture.
