Plant Administrative AssistantSchedule:Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation:Kennesaw, GAJob SummaryThe Plant Administrative Assistant serves as the primary administrative support for a manufacturing plant. This role partners closely with the Senior HR Manager, Senior Plant Manager, and Operations Team to support recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and overall plant administrative functions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for plant administrative functionsPrescreen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling with the Operations TeamAssist with onboarding activities and employee engagement eventsPerform data entry and maintain accurate records in SAP and other internal systemsProvide administrative support to HR and Operations, including special projectsAssist employees with administrative needs, including submitting self-service ticketsSupport the Leadership Team in maintaining and updating regulatory systems (OSHA, EPA, QMS, and policy compliance)Coordinate and support interdepartmental training, including tracking and auditing recordsEnsure proper retention of employee training, development, and compliance documentation in accordance with company policiesFacilitate team meetings as neededEnsure compliance with all company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of data entry experience requiredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) requiredExperience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferredAdditional Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organizationEffective listening and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailDemonstrated integrity and professionalismCollaborative and proactive mindsetNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.Nesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
