We are looking for Fun, Energetic, and Hardworking Team Members to join our Da Vien Coffee Chain.Position Summary:In this role, the Store Manager will be responsible for on-the-floor management while maintaining administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee & tea, strong leadership skills, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position regularly demands 40 hours per week including variable hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.)Responsibilities:Managing day-to-day operations of the store including opening and closing procedures.Hiring, training, and supervising team members and act as a point of contactMaintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as neededMonitoring financial performance, analyzing sales reports, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targetsRegularly assess the store environment and business metrics to identify challenges, create action plans, and drive successDeliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house teamCreate and adjust staff schedules to meet location needsAttend upper management meetings and conduct store management meetingsCoach and support team members, monitor and recognize employee behavior to promote personal growth and career developmentMaintain and be able to troubleshoot short and long-term problems for the storeEnsuring compliance with health and safety guidelinesDaily planning/assign tasks for BOH & FOH staffsMust be able to work at any location in the assigned district or countyProtect employees and customers by providing safe and clean store environment.Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Enhance efficiency, and solve problems to optimize staffing, operations, and store profitability.What we expect from youEffectively lead and delegate a team during scheduled shiftsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectivelyProactive and independent with the ability to take initiativeStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting assignmentsYou are reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needsYou are quality-minded with keen attention to detailHigh stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environmentComputer Skills, SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365.Physical RequirementsDepending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.This position requires the ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays).Multitasking requires physical agility and the ability to stay organized.Employees may be required to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products.Some retail positions require employees to maintain cleanliness in the store, which can involve bending down to clean floors or wiping down displays.Restocking low shelves or accessing high displays may involve frequent bending or stretching.Requires the ability to lift 15-45 poundsJob Type: Full-time / 40 hrs. per weekSchedule Requirement:8 hours shiftDay & Evening shiftWeekend availabilityAble to work HolidaysMaximum 40hrs per weekMay require occasional overtime hours with approvalManagers are responsible for on-the-floor management while maintaining administrative responsibilitiesEducation:Bachelor's degree (Preferred, but will accept Associate's degree with Certifications)License/Certification:Food Handling Manager Card (Preferred)Work Location:One Site location optionalBenefits:PTO is accrued from your first day (Full Time Only)Medical Benefits / 401K (Full Time Only)Monthly bonus based on performance/ store saleEmployee discountOpportunities for advancementComplimentary drinksTeam bonding/Company holiday eventsPaid trainingHoliday Pay (Full Time Only)Compensation:Range $26.50 to $27 (+Negotiable) / plus tipsSick Pay / 40 hrs. per yearReferral bonus program
