We are looking for positive, energetic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of floor servers for our Tempe location to help provide a unique and memorable experience to all of our guests. Responsibilities Maintain familiarity with the content of all menu items available/unavailable, rotating menu items Maintain familiarity with the content of the games library, retail Assist customers with drink and food selection Assist customers with games selection and rules whenever needed/possible Assist fellow team members when needed Complete regular opening and closing duties Follow all systems in place Skills Previous experience serving or bartending is an asset Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times Demonstrate time management and organizational skills Able to work well under pressure Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends
